1.1 Admission will be confirmed only after completion of the admission process and payment of the applicable admission/course fee.

1.2 Students must provide correct and genuine information at the time of admission.

1.3 The Institute may verify the information or documents submitted by the student wherever required.

1.4 Admission may be cancelled if false, incorrect or misleading information is provided.

2.1 The Institute provides computer education and practical training according to the course selected by the student.

2.2 Course duration, syllabus, class schedule and practical sessions may vary according to the selected course and batch.

2.3 The Institute may update the syllabus, software, practical exercises or training method whenever necessary.

2.4 Students are responsible for attending classes regularly and completing the practical work provided during training.

3.1 Course fees and other applicable charges shall be paid according to the fee structure communicated by the Institute.

3.2 Monthly or installment fees must be paid within the specified due period.

3.3 A valid receipt will be provided for payments made to the Institute.

3.4 If applicable fees remain unpaid, the Institute may temporarily stop the student's classes, practical access or certificate processing until the outstanding amount is cleared.

4.1 The admission/registration fee is ₹1,350 and is non-refundable.

4.2 Once classes have commenced, course fees paid by the student are generally non-refundable.

4.3 Any cancellation request must be made within 2 days from the commencement of the batch.

4.4 After the above period, no refund of course fees will normally be entertained.

4.5 Fees paid by one student cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from the Institute.

5.1 Students should attend classes regularly and maintain proper attendance.

5.2 Students are responsible for attending their assigned batch at the scheduled time.

5.3 Absence from classes does not automatically remove the student's fee payment responsibility.

5.4 Makeup or extra classes, if available, may be provided according to the Institute's schedule.

6.1 Students must use Institute computers, internet facilities and other equipment carefully.

6.2 Students must not intentionally damage, misuse or modify Institute computer systems.

6.3 Unauthorized installation of software, access to restricted systems or misuse of the Institute network is not permitted.

6.4 Any damage caused intentionally or through serious negligence may be recoverable from the responsible student.

7.1 Students may be required to complete practical tests, internal assessments, online tests or final examinations depending on the course.

7.2 Students must follow examination instructions and maintain examination discipline.

7.3 Cheating, impersonation, use of unauthorized assistance or any other form of malpractice may result in cancellation of the examination.

7.4 The Institute may withhold or cancel certification in cases of serious examination misconduct.

8.1 A course completion certificate may be issued after the student successfully completes the required training and assessment.

8.2 Students must clear all applicable fees before receiving the final certificate or other Institute documents.

8.3 Certificate eligibility may depend on attendance, course completion and examination/assessment requirements.

9.1 Notes, videos, practical files, presentations, question sets and other learning material provided by the Institute are intended for the student's educational use.

9.2 Students should not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute or commercially use Institute-provided material without permission.

10.1 Students must maintain respectful and disciplined behaviour towards teachers, staff and other students.

10.2 Abusive behaviour, harassment, threats, ragging, fighting, intentional damage to property or serious misconduct is strictly prohibited.

10.3 Serious misconduct may result in suspension or cancellation of admission without refund.

11.1 Online classes, online tests, digital study material or other online facilities may be provided depending on the course.

11.2 Students are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device when attending online classes.

11.3 Temporary technical problems, internet failure or third-party service interruptions may affect online services.

12.1 Information provided during admission may be used for student registration, communication, attendance, examination, certification and Institute records.

12.2 The Institute will take reasonable steps to protect student information and will use or disclose it where necessary for legitimate Institute operations, certification, legal requirements or government requirements.

13.1 STECH Institute of Information Technology may update these Terms & Conditions when required.

13.2 Updated terms will apply from the date they are published on the Institute's website or otherwise communicated to students.

By submitting an admission form, making payment or attending classes at STECH Institute of Information Technology, the student confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to follow these Terms & Conditions.
